When I had my visit I had Daphne Rommereim-Madden, and I can say that she is one of the worst doctors i have encountered. The initial first few minutes we're incredibly uncomfortable with her because she did not believe me that I did not smoke tobacco, and that the tobacco smell in the room was from the nurse. I have had multiple extremely disappointing experiences with Daphne Rommereim-Madden, and I feel it’s important to share how unprofessional and dismissive the care has been. From my very first appointment, she showed a complete lack of respect for my mental health concerns. One of my biggest struggles with receiving the treatment that i need is the fact that people often don’t believe me because I don’t “look/act” like someone who is struggling. This was my first visit to Village Medical. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt right at home. The doctor spent quite a bit of time with me which was very nice. I didn't feel rushed like I was on an assembly line. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new doctor.
Thanks to Village Medical for stepping in as my care provider! My PCP had to move locations and I could Not find him and my prescriptions had run out so I was feeling terrible but after a couple of calls Village Medical had me back to feeling much better and I appreciated their concern and help. I'm in the process of finding a new primary care Physician and VM is helping me find the best possible one so Thank You for all your help. Dave in Colorado.
