Worse customer service from any physician I have ever used in my 65 years of life! Can’t talk with the office staff instead you are directed to some call center located who knows where and those that are there are barely capable of speaking English. It’s a nightmare having to deal with the everyday questions a patient might have. The Doctor I had was great! But unfortunately I left because of the lack of communication and poor customer service from the non medical staff

Just switched to Dove Mountain location. Staff is kind, professional, and take the time to explain everything
