I had my X-ray done a week ago and it has still neither been uploaded to the portal nor have I been informed of the results. I have called the clinic twice regarding this. I also checked with ARA, where my X-ray was performed and they confirmed that the reports were sent on the same day. When I first called the clinic, one customer service representative said the clinical team needed to upload the report. I left this practice because their blood draw is beyond slow. The dude works 5 minutes every 30 minutes and the rest he is doing his stock tradings.
I have been with Dr. Keller for 20 years. I have followed him to every new place he has moved. His office staff have always been very nice and helpful. The reception staff at Village Medical are horrific. They don't greet you. They rarely make eye contact. They are the most indifferent and rude medical office staff I have ever encountered.
New to the area looking for a PCP, I was pleasantly surprised to find a full service provider in Walgreens. Amazing staff from start to finish, flexible hours- highly recommended. UPDATE- still love the staff but monthly reordering prescriptions can be a hassle with controlled items. Reccomend reordering monthly prescriptions at 4-5 days early.
