Booked an appointment WEEKS AGO just to be told on the DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT I can't be seen after a certain time because I'm a 'new patient'. Why would this information be withheld until the day of the appointment... Mind you I have been to village medical locations several times before so I am NOT a new patient to village medical... just haven't been seen at this location which shouldn't matter since all my information is in the system (which the customer service rep I spoke with told me as well). I had my annual checkup at Village Medical in June 2025 and want to share my experience: The checkup included a blood test, which should be part of their service and covered by my health insurance. Later, I received a separate bill from an outside lab asking me to pay for the blood test. When I called Village Medical, they told me that the lab bill is separate and not included in their charges.
