Haven't visit that place but is good for physical check up and you do need to make an appointment
Susana Mendez is wonderful. However, in the 2 months since I elected her as my PCP, the disorganized office staff's lack of follow through and communication has 1) Failed to send the requested post-op paperwork to my doctor before my surgery, (I had to pull up the records on my phone from the hospital to clear myself an hour before surgery) 2) Called me a week after the surgery that was noted in their records to have me come back in for a recheck so they could clear me for the surgery I already had, 3) Made me come into the ... read more
Horrible, horrible experience. The MD I was assigned to completely blew me off, didn’t answer my questions, and seemed annoyed I was there. Never again.
