Horrible, horrible experience. The MD I was assigned to completely blew me off, didn’t answer my questions, and seemed annoyed I was there. Never again.
Booked an appointment WEEKS AGO just to be told on the DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT I can't be seen after a certain time because I'm a 'new patient'. Why would this information be withheld until the day of the appointment... Mind you I have been to village medical locations several times before so I am NOT a new patient to village medical... just haven't been seen at this location which shouldn't matter since all my information is in the system (which the customer service rep I spoke with told me as well). Seems like discrimination... read more
