A PCP that I've been dealing with for the last 2 years is no longer working there so I had to start all over with a new doctor. However, for this recent appointment I was seeing a nurse practitioner that knew nothing about me or chart. Not only did you forget who I was after giving me an assessment. She reassessed me a second time asking me the same questions. I felt very frustrated and under no circumstance was I being understood.
It was very good all the doctors and nurses are very sweet
