I had a horrible experience at Village Family Practice in Pearland. The staff was disinterested and rude. I waited for an hour before I demanded my copay back. They never apologized, couldn’t care less that I was upset. The office manager came out and told the receptionist to void the transaction and I walked out. It was an 8:15 a.m. appt but they’re already an hour behind? I only saw one other patient in the place and every exam room that I saw was empty. Staff sitting around talking. I will never go back.
