I've only been a patient at this location for my Primary Care Physician for a few months, but I always have very good experiences here! The staff are all extremely pleasant and nice to deal with, the doctor I see is very helpful, and they provide in-office labs for things like bloodwork, which is very convenient for a PCP! Sidenote: I wish I remembered specific names, but the phlebotomists who have done my bloodwork have all been wonderful, especially when I've needed a little extra time or water after a blood draw!

First thing: I was meant to go to a different Village Medical in North Lamar but was turned away after being exactly 15 mins late. In their efforts to make things better they stated this was the closest one (it isn't) to me and I should look no further. The appointment itself was fine. The front office manager stated she doesn't usually work at that location and was kinda all over the place. She was nice however, and knew what she was doing. Used to work with Dr Karina Lopez, who was amazing (and in-network for my insurance). Unfortunately she left. So when I asked for a referral to a dermatologist, they forced me to come in to see another "doctor". I asked them them to confirm the new doctor (nurse practitioner) they assigned to me was in network, and they said they were. However, the claim they submitted indicated the new provider was not in network and the nurse practitioner didn't even give me the generic dermatology referral i asked for. Drove here at 2pm for some important questions. Door is locked Walgreens doesn't know where anyone is at. Waste of time.
