Used to work with Dr Karina Lopez, who was amazing (and in-network for my insurance). Unfortunately she left. So when I asked for a referral to a dermatologist, they forced me to come in to see another "doctor". I asked them them to confirm the new doctor (nurse practitioner) they assigned to me was in network, and they said they were. However, the claim they submitted indicated the new provider was not in network and the nurse practitioner didn't even give me the generic dermatology referral i asked for. Drove here at 2pm for some important questions. Door is locked Walgreens doesn't know where anyone is at. Waste of time.

I booked an appointment yesterday evening for 1pm on Friday August 8th. I was sent my email to check in and as I am attempting to check in my appointment was cancelled without notice or even checking in. Still confused as to why.
