This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical provider. They do not answer any voicemails or any of the messages sent on the portal from me or from my pharmacy. As someone who has Type 1 diabetes I live on my medications. This is neglect from the provider. They also charged me $90 by mistake and they told me it would be on my account. They don’t even refund this to me so I have to keep coming back. I do not recommend this place.
Village Medical-Walgreen ANDERSON LANE: Dr Pugh is amazing, caring and she does everything necessary to treat you. She is extremely knowledgeable and her follow up is incredible. Highly recommend Dr Pugh, very kind and caring primary care physician.
Dr. Vivian Pugh is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had, maybe even the best healthcare provider I’ve seen, period. She truly listens, takes time to understand my concerns, and provides thoughtful, evidence-based guidance. She’s extremely knowledgeable across many areas of medicine and genuinely cares about my health and well-being. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and there is an on-site LabCorp lab which makes labwork convenient.
