Dr Jaswani and staff are amazing
The front desk is very welcoming and helpful. Very efficient, I was called before my time. Ms. Neely is very friendly and attentive, she cares about my well being. I enjoy having her as my Physician.
Starting positive, We like the doctors & staff very much. Booking appointments is ridiculous. The clinic is over booked. Appointments are a month wait. Appointment confirmation texts start 2 or 3 days before the appt. day. We assume that's so someone else can be sandwiched in if you need to cancel. When you do get in, time is rushed. The doctors only have time to handle exactly what you made the appt. for. No time to talk about anything else. You feel like a number or co-pay. What happened?
