I’m a very patient and understanding person. I know doctors are very busy people so I have nothing, but respect for them. The front was wonderful. Really kind and helpful. The bad experience was with my doctor. I waited an hour in a patient room waiting to see the doctor. When they finally came in, I asked if everything is okay, because I been waiting for a while.
