So frustrating . I’m 9 minutes late and I have to reschedule but I’ve been here and waited for 30 minutes before when they were backed up. Be consistent.
While the staff and the space is nice, I was not satisfied with my care from Dr. Jennifer Abalos. She is polite, but I always felt rushed during my appointments and felt like I had to beg for imaging/tests. Perhaps it is a matching issue, but I wanted to figure out WHY my symptoms were there, not just manage them. I guess these are issues with healthcare system in the US overall, but I still hoped some providers would be different. Excellent! Dr. Abalos is caring and follows through, she makes you feel comfortable. Great doctor and team.
It’s crazy to me that my son can be seen at a mental hospital and go to the pharmacy to get his meds without a ID I have his birth certificate and social security card even all the records from the hospitals but I can’t get him seen at a basic Primary Care doctors office. It’s pretty frustrating especially when he needs a cardiologist referral. Stupidest rule! Terrible experience
