met with Dr West ...clear and factual initial meeting promptly scheduled appointment correct diagnoses treatments and follow-up's! Also a pleasant, clean comfortable facility, his staff is friendly and competent...I highly recommend Dr West for any dermatology needs!
Dr West (dermatologist) is very good at his job. He knows what he is doing and stays on schedule. He is the only Dr at Village Medical that I know this to be a true statement. He is all business, explains well, does his job and is out the door before you know he is gone. I like and respect this Dr. I can't comment on any other Dr at this location. Nurse / medical assistant Lily is awesome. She is happy, friendly, professional and good at her job.
This office are liars and they cheat patients. They told me they were in network and they were not. They over charged me for an exam that I never received. When I came in and asked about the bill, they said it was their mistake and they would write it off and instead sent me to collections.
I do not recommend Kristalle C. Payano unless you like your medical provider to lie directly to your face and your insurance company. I went in to see if a tiny, slightly raised freckle was cancerous. She said she couldn't confirm unless she did a biopsy. She proceeded to explain that she would shave the top layer off and because it was raised that it would be flush with my skin so I agreed to it based on that explanation. -A must read- and protect yourself. Hit records on that cell phone and store every interaction you have here in person or on the phone. Incompetent at its worst. Any issue you will have will be delt with by Anniko, the office manager. She is a huge library to this company from a legality standpoint of view, disrespect is staying kosher, in my word choice.
