Awful. During my 8 year olds checkup, the doctor looked at a small rash she had on her arm… the doc didn’t do anything about it, didn’t diagnose it, didn’t give us any ointment, didn’t do anything except say that it might be from my daughter scratching it. $55 is what they charged me for that. The system is broken, don’t trust that they are here to help. So sad they just want to turn and burn patients.
After Village Medical bought Associates in Family Medicine, they BROKE a great organization. Their Athena Medical portal is very poor and reaching anyone in the office requires you to go through a central triage service prior to reaching anyone. Typical wait times run in the 30-45 minutes to speak with a human. While the office folks are pleasant, their promotion for patience care is the farthest from reality.
