Bunch of gd idiots and they do not give a sh about their patients. I wrote them a nice review that helped a lot of people but i realize now they plain just dont give a sh and its all $$$ bunch of lazy selfish people go see a real doctor
Dr. Álvarez is an employee of Village Medical and a fairly good doctor. His affiliation to Village Medical (VM) is very damaging to his reputation. Let me explain: 1) There is no way to communicate by phone with the doctor or his office unless going through VM 2) VM has a bank of telephone responders that will make it very difficult to communicate directly with the doctor´s office by routing to many different VM departments 3) One is compelled to physically go to the doctor´s office to communicate the problem. 4) Any referra... read more

Today was an unexpected day by one of the front office employees, who was surprised by her mistreatment, as if I was not in a clinic, but in a court, and the judge was investigating me. It is very unfortunate that such people receive patients and treat me with impoliteness…
