Bad Administrative Communication My Doctor and clinic staff at Village Medical (VM) at 11994 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77082 are nice. However, administrators and communication systems of VM are very, very bad. In early May 2022, Village Medical requested a blood test to Quest for my diagnostic but provided a wrong test code. When Quest submitted the invoice of that test to my health insurance, United Health Care (UHC), the payment was denied because of the incorrect billing code. Poor customer service ever Zero -0 Rate I email & called & many times left the message since last January 2021 for fixing the wrong billing code that they sent me, But, unfortunately NO one called for fixing the wrong billing.
