I’ve lived here for a while, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Management is often rude and does not seem to genuinely care about the residents or their concerns. Maintenance has also been a major issue, as repair requests either take a very long time to be addressed or do not get fixed properly. BEAT APARTMENT IN SANTA ANA
I parked for 30 minutes and the HOA management company towed my car. Really don’t recommend this place. There’s no parking and it’s very ghetto. Whenever I call the office to get parking permits, they never answer.
