My husband and I just left village manor apt. We loved the apartments and its location is in town and is very convenient, 3-5 min from school. My husband and I absolutely LOVED gardening there for 2 years and we had great success. It is also, very family friendly. There is a huge play ground for kids to play and there are a lot of events to meet your neighbors. I have lived here for a little more than a year and the conditions of the place are terrible. I’ve notice that the playground for the children isn’t very safe and could use some repairs. There are two basketball courts which both are not very good. When it rains u have to cross a ocean of water to get to ur destination. And when you have to take out trash there is rarely any space for the trash and they charge 25$ for not being able to dispose of it or try to put it somewhere else.
