If I could give it zero Stars I would. First his attempts at getting me a key for my ignition failed but still charged me $70 for his time. Reluctantly, I paid it. BUT that's not even the half of it... now I'm out much more than that as he left my vehicle's lock looking like this (zoom in to see what I'm talking about) ... with a missing faceplate.
