Me and my fiancé are planning to move to Merced so we stumbled across Village Landing, we took a tour and realized they have falsely advertised the word “Spacious”, the kitchen was outdated, there was stains on the carpet, and the walls were dirty. When discovering the price I was shocked! The word luxury is a stretch for what we witnessed. Worst apartment I have ever lived at. Outdated appliances. This was supposed to be a luxury apartment cottage. Was dirty when I moved in. The walls were covered in hair that they just painted over. Things were falling apart, dishwasher, vent cover, lights all needed repair in a few months. The worst was the noise. Landscapers fire up their mowers and blowers at 7:30 in the morning.
