Worst. They will try and screw you when you move out. Moved out 3 month later got a call from debt collector say I owed $300. When I called apartment complex they said it was due to the carpet. Mind you I had a pipe burst in the bath room and kitchen which led to water all over the carpet and ac dock that leaked water though the wall into the carpet. They even walked the apartment me with said everything was fine when I moved out.
