We stopped in to inquire about replacing the center stone in Her engagement ring. She explained that she wanted a deep blue sapphire. They ordered it, expertly placed it and gave the ring a great cleaning. From start to finish, Charlie was professional, friendly and very helpful. We could not be happier with the whole experience and we love the finished ring !!

My earlier post was honestly out of a momentary frustration. These guys have helped quite a bit and weren't ever truly rude to me. Thanks to them, I was able to get my wife the ring of her dreams.

I've been going to village jewelers for a little over a year now. I bought my wife's wedding ring, her engagement necklace, and many other things totaling around 3,000$. As a 20 year old college student, this is a whole lot and I really appreciated the service and care that I got. However, this last visit, I brought my family in with me to have my watch looked at. Definitely would recommend this jeweler. Charlie was very knowledgeable, he listened to what I wanted in a custom ring, helped make suggestions, and was overall very nice. It was an enjoyable process and I love the end result!
