I love going to Village Jeep for all of my service needs. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful, and they are always able to answer any questions I have. They are incredibly professional and handle any issues I might have in an efficient manner.
Jason was the service member who took care of me today. As most things go with car services it’s pretty stressful all around and sometimes overwhelming. He was direct, respectful, and incredibly kind. The team was skilled and helped me really understand my cars issues. Thanks again for your time and kindness. Definitely recommend.

Fast and friendly
Very Disappointing Experience I had a horrible experience at this Jeep dealership. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. The staff seemed more interested in arguing than helping, and several of them were outright rude when I asked simple questions. Instead of feeling supported at the service center and leaving with what I asked to be serviced. Instead I would always be leaving with a problem or paying extra for a service I didn’t want/need.
