Amazing staff that let us check in very early due to surgery that I was having
I stay in hotels a lot for work, but I was in town for an event this time and wasn't expecting much from this place for the low price. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. The rooms aren't anything crazy, but what really surprised me was the cleanliness and the service. The room, the pool, and the breakfast area were very clean and all of the staff were among the most polite and professional I've ever met at a hotel. This will be the only place I stay from now on when I'm in town.
Great stay... Wonderful, helpful and pleasant staff. My only disappointment was the water-saver shower-head...but I'm not even going to fuss about that! Thankful for a great place and a good night's sleep!!
A few things felt a bit dated but even my OCD husband felt it was clean. We used the pool and enjoyed the towels provided. We were here during the week and got a bag breakfast, which was something I had never seen but was fine. The staff was great! They accommodated our early check in around my husband's surgery and brought up a wheelchair in case we needed it when we got back. She even let me check the room first to see if the bed height was going to be a problem for him to get in and out. We only stayed one night but will ... read more
The first time I need to wear my sandals inside a hotel room. And the staff selectively did not want to provide me with the orange juice during breakfast time.
