It’s confusing how this hotel has a 4.3-star rating. Our room overlooked an empty pool with bright lighting that stayed on overnight. Even with the shades closed, the room remained very bright and made it difficult to sleep. I contacted the front desk and was told the lights could not be turned off and it’s a common complaint. No alternative solution or room change was offered. I didn’t ask for a room change either, I couldn’t move my family of 4 at that point anyway considering my 6 year old was able to fall asleep by then ... read more
Do not go here if you need an elevator! There is no one at all at this location. Do not even ask! Rooms are spacious and clean- checked for critters and all was well.
