My retired mother has lived here since early 2021.I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the office in Terra,Bobbie and Yolanda.They are always available to assist and welcoming.I am not familiar with the newer lady Theresa but I undoubtedly assume she's nice as well.First and foremost when some here place a negative review and say there are other apartments to live in?Really?The company I work for does business with those other Westlake apartments and most if not all are filthy and quite undesirable as I've been i... read more
Lived there 18 years the first 16 were great. Yes you hear people above you at times. Arter the new management the parties increased but the level of maintenance declined. And then the roof blew off and all 12 units had to find somewhere else to go. No help and when items from the units never were packed then trying to find them became "your fault" no kindness at all. The area behind the K 1-12 is continuously wet so going out to sit is unpleasant and messy. Stay away from there!!
Village in the Park I have been living here, and it is truly a wonderful experience. The community is incredibly comfortable, quiet, and safe. Out of all the apartments I have lived in over the years, this is by far the most beautiful and relaxing. The overall experience here genuinely feels like staying at a 5-star hotel. Very inexperienced management group. Definitely do not care about they're tenants or their employees. They really have no clue how to manage anything. Romper room atmosphere.
