Move elsewhere unless you want to smell cigarette and pot smoke ( carcinogens toxic) and never sleep. If you have to move here only get 3rd floor. You will hear your neighbors all day and all night. Shared laundry is not fun. Nosey neighbors. This is not for business professionals.
Listen to the other reviews and live elsewhere. The new management company is horrible, look up their reviews (under 2 stars). The pros outweigh the cons. No one from the company is going to get back to you about your concerns, or listen to your feedback on how to make the place better. The only benefit is the location. However, it is best to pay more to live elsewhere for your overall well being.
I loved living here…apartments are spacious, it’s quiet, you cannot hear your neighbors & maintenance is quick. Only thing is I wish they would’ve put more dog trash cans by every apt complex. There’s only a couple around. Only reason we left was cause rent was getting way to expensive.
I think that this place is great there is room for us kids to play outside there is rentable game for FREE pool is updated and FREE passes also new park.what they need to improve on is timing bushes I have a bush missing and I would like privacy also, there is spots of grass that r missing basketball is by the dumpster and it can get smelly and ball can go in it. There is a lot of room for a sports field (most wanted soccer feild) (don't get smalls goals) (buy old westlake rec) -all of the kids that play outside.
