I have been a patient of Dr Moon for 12 years now.. He in my opinion is a diabetes guru. I do not see a endocrinologist (saves me a specialist appointment and fee). I walked in the first time and had the physical. He found that I was not pre diabetic but type 2. A1C was 12.9( yes I was one foot on a banana peel). In 6 months my A1C was a 6.9 now at a 5 6 and steady for over 3 years. We have been going for close to three years now. The doctors are good. No complains there. Their operations are bad. I had to go to their offices multiple times in a week and each time I have to upload my insurance card, confirm all my details, put in a credit card. If it is once at the beginning of the year, I can understand as insurances could have changed, but every single time??? Horrible service! I made an appointment for a flu shot. I must have received 3 or 4 reminder text messages about the appointment. I showed up at the appointed time and they said they ran out of flu shots. But no one at the clinic bothered to call to warn me. If they have no respect for my time, then they do not deserve my respect. I am taking my healthcare needs elsewhere.
