Although I booked appointment with Dr Pham for annual checkup, they charged for PCP & even LabCorp sent me lab bill. Won't visit in any Village Medical clinic again.
Was looking for a PCP and found Sheena Abraham, NP. She is so personable and easy to talk with. Her and her staff put me at ease and made sure to educate me on any questions I had. This is exactly what I was looking for in a care team.
Dr Ennis and Dr Hicks are hands down the best providers. I have been a patient of Dr Ennis for 10+ years and he has helped me in every situation as well as Dr Hicks.
I’ve been coming here for around a year and a half and I’ve been disappointed every time. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone, either to schedule an appt or to speak to an MA. Contacting through the portal is the same, it takes days to hear back regarding anything. I’ve had to absolutely pester them to get a response regarding anything.
