Have been going to Village Health Partners for several years with no complaints. However, over the last couple of weeks my daughter text and called them for an appointment for a blood TB test with no answer or return message/ call. I even sent a text and got no response. Very disappointed in the service.
Always available for our family. Easy app easy appts and open for acute care over weekends . I came down with that razor throat COVID . Went on Thursday basically well today (Sunday) sit in car they text u when ur appt is ready . Go right to room. Fabulous and very high tech feeling !! Love our drs there !!
Great FACILITIES and my Dr is great. Dr Ennis has been a knowledgeable and caring Dr and I would highly recommend him.
See if I could give this place zero stars i would because the only thing they care about is how much they can make you pay out of pocket . Here's my experience.I went to Dr Lester and this is after a spend 6months in the gym, eating right and tracking all of this. I go in there and ask for wagovy the weight injection. Avoid at all costs. Dr Hewitt and Nurse Portales are amazing. Unfortunately you will never get them. They have not had a working phone system for 3+ years. Their app doesn't allow you to schedule an appt, it tells you unavailable for weeks and weeks on out. They take more than a day to reply to a message sent to them. It's amazing they've chosen to run a Healthcare operation this way. Feedback has been given to everyone up and down the practice and they simply ignore it.
