Disappointing Experience at Sparkling Image Car Wash I paid $40 for a car wash at Sparkling Image, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. As you can see in my photos, there is still visible dirt and dust all over my truck, including the hood and other exterior surfaces. For what I paid, I expected a much more thorough job. Great attitude by all staff. Friendly service attention to detail. Good value for the service level.
Got basic car wash. Most do the car was cleaned well, but bugs on the front grill and bumper were not effectively removed. Hoped for better results...
Have been coming here for years but won’t be coming back. I asked for full service wash (inside and outside), they gave me a ticket for a graphene wash which wasn’t mentioned when he was selling me washes, then they refused to refund me the difference because I paid after the car had already ran through the washing machine. Deceptive selling and bad customer service over a small dispute.
