!!! My first time here !!! Pretty happy with the place I got a graphene wash I think $40 in my car has never looked better. The staff is absolutely amazing and they are so kind. My car on the inside has not been cleaned and I have three dogs and they cleaned it so well. I even had a mark on my car and one of the managers, she took it off for me. I was so grateful. For sure will be back
I usually have a nice gentleman who comes to my home to clean my car and he was not available today so I decided to give my money to this establishment. I spent $49.99 and when I got home and took a look at the car I was completely shocked. The inside of the car had not been vacuumed out, none of the doors on the inside were wiped down, there were watermarks all over the windows, there was bird poop on the front of my car all over the place, my wheels were not wiped down, but there sure was plenty of armor-all. Rambo worst employee I ever seen in a business. Guy threatening people and miss treating other employees. Just bad service from this guy . Canceled all account and will never go back .
Came all the way from Calabasas. I want to say what a great experience. I was super happy with my car. The process from them vacuuming and to the tunnel and the guys cleaning the windows. Super content. The guys are all so nice. The one who stood out was girl in red who was super nice and friendly must I say. She even helped get a scratch out of my car because my husband doesn't know how to drive. Went for a car wash today and I was offered the “full service” for $40. They failed to wipe off the dead bugs on the front of the car or the lower half of the car doors. It was almost as dirty as it was before the car wash. Not worth the upgraded service I was sold.
