Excellent car wash. A neighbor of ours here recommended Sparkling Image, and he was right........service is excellent. The guy who first came to our car was very friendly, polite, and he helped us figure out which wash was best for our car. From start to finish, we were there about 40 min. All the guys who worked on the car (vacuuming, drying, etc.) were all very polite and showed they care about our car. There wasn't one issue, not one problem. This is now our car wash to go to.
The team is TOPs. I dropped a large $ bill along my seat, and they brought it out to me when they found it. He could have kept it and I would be none the wiser. Honest people make honest businesses, differentiating them from the others. I will make Sparkling Image my go to carwash from now on.
A bit disappointed in the wash. outside was great and shiny but interior wasn’t cleaned much, dash is still dusty wasn’t wiped down, my car was not dirty from the interior so i believe a good wipe down could have been done. Unfortunately first and last for me. Just felt like no effort to clean the car had to go home and finish wiping it down myself. Defeats the purpose. Photos were driving out of the carwash.
