They cracked my windshield on an 2025 $85K vehicle and lied about it..been going here for more than 15 years and will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Their staff is a bunch of rude liars!!! I requested the video footage to prove that the windshield was not cracked until after they washed it and took forever to get it back to me and of course they are already lying and say they do not have the footage. The one on Moorpark is better!
There is nothing like the smell of a clean car! Great price, fabulous shine! This is my go-to for a car wash.
I am reviewing my review as I have gone back three times since my one mediocre experience and they have hit it out of the park. I have been coming here for a long time and they have done really good work a vast majority of the time. And the people that work here are great. I would highly recommend.

Greetings and salutations my people! I am definitely a Sparkling Image Car Wash customer. I've used 4 locations (2 in Ventura and 2 in Thousand Oaks) and they are not all the same! Without getting into too much detail about that, what I will say is that this location is by far the best one. The service is great!
