The units really look like a home.
New resident here. The staff is friendly, kind, communicative. Property is in excellent repair, and it seems like weekly there's always cleaning or maintenance being done to keep our properties beautiful. Love it here!!! Edited to add that the honeymoon did certainly not last. No one wants to pay 1000-1500 a month for a townhouse that hasnt been updated since 1997. No one wants to wait 9 YEARS for repairs
Are these townhouses low income subsidized by hud
Terrible management. Cheap, and does not enforce rules. Parking is ridiculous, I would often have to park around the corner, when there are parking spots right in front of my unit that are being used by other tenants that also don't have anywhere else to park.
