I would give this zero stars but not because of Dr. Clayton, but because of his staff, specifically Susan. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. She refused to release my nephew’s children’s medical records for no legitimate reason, inserting herself into a personal disagreement and taking sides, which is completely inappropriate and unethical for someone in her position. We have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Clayton!! He is so kind, assuring, and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get in for my son’s appointment, and the staff is extremely competent. The 24-hour hotline for the office has helped us multiple times, and Dr. Clayton is always thorough and takes time to make sure that all of our questions are answered. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience here!
We absolutely LOVE Dr. Clayton and have taken all three of our boys there so far. Even after moving about 25 minutes away, we still make the trip to Provo for appointments. His office and nursing staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Clayton has been a great resource and support for us. He has a very gentle and genuine demeanor and is always very good with our kids.
