I struggle to find many positives about living under village green management beyond being safe and warm. Unfortunately, maintenance, management responsiveness, building cleanliness, and amenities were consistently disappointing. I moved into a dirty apartment (food in the oven, urine on the toilet seat, soap scum in the shower), and the hallways frequently smelled like urine. I currently live at Orleans landing and I am scared for my life and concerned for my safety. I’m expressed how gates are open and my car was almost stolen and my belonging were taken on Easter night. I’ve noticed homeless building wondering the building and I’ve expressed my concerns to my leasing team and nobody cares, it’s always “we’re planning” or “we’re in the process “ but nothing is ever completed and when I ask for a timeline it’s always excuses.
