Worst run apartments EVER. This place is a joke! Pay luxury prices for broken amenities and terrible maintenance and horrendous management. Think twice before you rent an apartment from this company
Do not get any apartment complex under this management, today I found out they stole or lost my rent money last month and now I’m facing eviction because of them, Marti been dodging me, just got an email stating it was they’re fault but I still have to pay …. But I promise on my kids you’ll be speaking to my attorney for your negligence not just this rent but for false advertisement this apartment at Carnegie park is very poor condition they played me …. You owe me $1600 Marti
AVOID ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THESE IDIOTS. Resident at Village Green Canton for 2 years and at the end of my rope. The sheer level of disregard and incompetence is frankly unbelievable. My A/C is out again, for the second year in a row. It has been out for a few days, and requires EMERGENCY maintenance. It is 88 degrees inside of my apartment, and I NEED HELP.
