do not make the same mistake I did One year at Pendleton Park was too many! After the first year they raised rent by $80 so be prepared for that, if you think you will get the good tenant discount for resigning a lease agreement you are sadly mistaken. BEWARE Doesn't pay their Invoices! Village Green contracted the Air Duct Cleaning for their buildings in June 2008. They have stated many times that a check would be sent and than we receive nothing. I have called many time and also left many messages. They have ignored the fact that they owe money. I have even tried to talk to the owner. They state that no one runs Accounts Payable and to send another Invoice. I have spoken to Donna, Pamela, Tiffany and a not so nice man. All we want is the money to pay our technician's!
Nice private apartments I lived at the Glens for one year. I loved the private entrance to my apartment. It is more like condo living than living in an apartment. The private patio was nice. They actually have color on the walls in the livingrooms, unlike most apartments that have all white walls. Makes the apartments feel so much cozier. Management was very nice to work with. They have community functions going on at the clubhouse all throughout the year. Very nice place to live and I would highly recommend the Glens.

Hell on Earth This is a scary place! We moved in mainly because it was on the bus line and right behind Lansing Mall. But found that it wasn't worth the extra convenience. They don't have central air just a 1960's window unit that mocks you with the hope of coolness. Electric wall heaters that keep it too hot or too cold. And the roughest meanest neighbors outside of prison. You could get high walking through the halls at the right time of day. Don't get me started on the ants!!! Beware of this place.
