RecommendedMy experience started last year 12/7/2017. My boyfriend at that time been living here for a few years . While I was there maintenance was done always . Grass cut watered garbage always picked up . My last 2 weeks at Villiage Green I was in the pool and everyday it was kept clean . I also got to meet Anthony & I'm sorry I forgot the other guys name but they treated me with with kindbess and respect. And Raul he's always was nice and pleasant. I have been living here for almost a year now and I decided to renew my lease cause this place is amazing the property manager is so understanding helpful kind the maintenance crew is very helpful the place is beautiful clean comfortable affordable nice location pool area is amazing it’s quite no drama nice neighborhood I would recommend living here.
This is me and my boyfriend's first apartment together and we definitely made the right choice.Price is great for location. It's in the heart of Altamonte and close to everything!! The mall, Ale House and my job is 5 minutes away. Yes there were a couple small issues a bug or two but the maintenance crew were on it immediately! Very noisy neighborhood,new manager not very friendly. They have been trying to fix up the out side. I just do not like living in an apartment.
