we rented a 1/1 for 2.5 years and had no problems (except during renovations to common areas, which is to be expected) Rent was never raised, staff always answered questions, bus sprayers were on time and the grass/pool areas were always clean of dog doo and trash. there was an odd rule about not being allowed to have curtains and not pulling your blinds 100% up, but neither of us was home in daylight hours to have this affect us. My experience started last year 12/7/2017. My boyfriend at that time been living here for a few years . While I was there maintenance was done always . Grass cut watered garbage always picked up . My last 2 weeks at Villiage Green I was in the pool and everyday it was kept clean . I also got to meet Anthony & I'm sorry I forgot the other guys name but they treated me with with kindbess and respect. And Raul he's always was nice and pleasant. I have been living here for almost a year now and I decided to renew my lease cause this place is amazing the property manager is so understanding helpful kind the maintenance crew is very helpful the place is beautiful clean comfortable affordable nice location pool area is amazing it’s quite no drama nice neighborhood I would recommend living here.

Do not rent!!! Trust me!!! Liars and I had to rush to move in due to personal issues and I wish I never bothered with this place... Rent first floor and hear everything! I have 2 ,kids and husband works early and Robert said it's ok to break lease Early then says I can pay a certain amount on rent because I'm leaving early and then 2 days later get a 3 day notice? I have been here 2 weeks and the office staff Robert and Anthony have been very helpful. the maintenance people are very friendly the area i live in is quiet and my neighbors are friendly . so far so good
This is me and my boyfriend's first apartment together and we definitely made the right choice.Price is great for location. It's in the heart of Altamonte and close to everything!! The mall, Ale House and my job is 5 minutes away. Yes there were a couple small issues a bug or two but the maintenance crew were on it immediately! Application process was very simply and got the approval the same date :-) Got a move in special, half price reservation fee plus locked in the price since they are getting closer with the renovations :-) :-) Totally love the first floor enclosed patio!!!!
