I know life gets hard and a discount on rent would definitely help you. However please, please, please, do not move here. The management is terrible and has no accountability. The maintenance person is not really a maintenance person. Every time we requested a repair for anything in our unit 141, it never lasted. There was a terrible odor coming from the drains and we were told it's because we were near the city sewer line. There are mice or rats infested on the property. I did live here a few years ago an yes it was ghetto an they had gang activity an fights my kids were even involved in fights because kids used to harrass them keeping drama going my stepdaughter fought at these apts including my niece they have a rodent problem an roach probelm they switch managers like the weather or there never in there office an if u reach out to there corporate office they don't do anything about the issues going on on there property the only thing that was good for me was the price of the rent at the t... read more

This place is hell trash as apartments
This place is horrible, there is no manager, the maintenance number doesn’t work when you have something that needs to fixed it takes over a year.
