I did the on line leasing app paid the $50.00 /$250.00 holding deposit. I am a homeless Veteran the VA got me another place to live. It's been 10 days I haven't got my deposit, I talked to Maria? I think these people are crooks. no return calls no text .
Village Green Apartments has a great management team and is a really nice community. Do yourself a favor and check out the beautiful apartments. 5 stars!!
The leasing office personnel is never available, they’re always In the office at the hours they say their “available” but never bother to answer the phone. They don’t send tenants how much they need to pay for rent, charging them more for not paying the right amount. It’s ridiculous. Maria doesn’t know how to do her job and takes advantage of her tenants.
