The most petty rental company in Jacksonville. There’s a small children’s park in between the apartment complexed. 1st it was taped off due to covid, now the swings and ladder have been removed. It’s 11 o’clock on a Thursday and their office closed until Friday morning, you can’t even ask when the playground will be restored. Or presumably any other relevant questions. If you have kids, don’t rent through these Karens. If you don’t have kids, don’t rent through these Karens.
