Please do not rent/lease here! It is the most over-priced, over-crowded, poorly maintained apartment complex that I have ever seen complete with a rude staff & crappy neighbors every where! Building 3406 is horrible! There’s constant unsupervised screaming kids everywhere & non stop 24 hour traffic & people! RecommendedIt’s clean, Maintance is right there when called I never had a problems getting things fixed I would definitely recommend to any one . I would give a 41/2 stars

RecommendedI have lived here going on 13 years now, and I just love being here! It is a beautiful and safe environment. My family feels safe and comfortable at Ridgedale Manor. My sons have made life long friends. The office staff is amazing, Krystin and Karen have been here for years! They are helpful, personable, and always understanding.They have always accommodated my family's needs. If there happens to be a problem action is taken right away, Maintenance is on it! Ridgedale is a ten!
