RecommendedFor starters, the setting. Trees and the curving, gently hilly Boulevard make for lovely walks and often incredible sunsets. Next, the three closets across from the kitchen. I've lived in apts, flats, single houses, townhouses and never had a pantry and rarely a utility closet. and, the coat closet is bigger than the one we had in our house! Last but not least is the staff - office and maintenance. They are tops!
We have lived here for 12 years and just love where we are. The staff and maintenance personnel are wonderful and easy to deal with.
Pet friendly. Leasing office staff are always super friendly and helpful. Great neighbors. Beautiful grounds, very well kept. Maintenance is responsive. Best apartment complex I have lived in.
Moved in here in 2016 and was very comfortable in the apartment space. With the exception of a rowdy neighbor once, my experience was a good one. Staff are friendly, courteous and time conscious. I had to move for personal reasons but would I recommend? Yes it is a good space to rest for a while.
I’ve only had a good experience with Village Green. The setting is beautiful but super close to the highway, which was really convenient for me. I never worried about safety, and maintenance requests were always taken care of immediately. I did have some trouble with ants for a while, but they have since gone away. I also appreciated the free cable and internet as well as the little patio area outside my sliding door. A great place to live.
