These are very nice apartments, but the management at this location is not hospitable, and does not know the difference between alteration and improvement. The downstairs apartments come with a back patio and the foundation to install a fence, i.e., pre-dug holes to install a fence at your own cost. The lease clearly states that any improvement to the apartment (whether or not they consent) becomes theirs unless agreed otherwise in writing. I installed a fence to accommodate my service animal. I love the apartments,, and I really love the staff. it’s really good staff friendly and it’s very nice to meet people , they solve the renters problems immediately

Beautiful complex like new interior maintained grounds and excellent management and office employees especially the help from Christina was amazing
