My lights in the bathroom needed to be replaced and Javier replaced them right away. I am very pleased with how timely our maintenance requests are fulfilled. Thank you Javier.
Been living here 2 years. Only thing that's a deal breaker is parking. Maintenance team 5 stars Leasing 5/5 Tenant support 5/5 Parking 2/5 -Complex cleaning / maintenance 5/5 Price slightly above avg -Dog park Maintenance 2/5. Needs to get washed down weekly or maybe turn one into a kid park -Put bug poison down before you move in to kill anything. Haven't had any issues otherwise. Do it evey quarter. -Don't move in the summer. To many bugs

Village green is great, happy to call it my first home. The office staff is amazing and always helpful in every way needed. As well as maintenance, always on top of everything and great timing and communication. Friendly people and community.
