Amazing and inspiring
With new ownership comes gradually increasing rental rates. Average 8-10% a year. Property shows extreme aging infrastructure, various security vulnerabilities, and property management that concerns themselves with doing the bare minimum or nothing at all. Concerning Victor the maintenance man, he is right on the job, takes care of the matter at hand. Does a wonderful job. Its good to have workers that care about the work they do.
The rents keep going up. This is a senior apartment. Many residents are on fixed income and some are disabled or ill. They need to buy food and medicine. Instead they have to forgo that to pay rent.
I've lived here since 09/09/2019 I had no problems here what so ever it's a nice and quiet place to live
