Do everything you can to find another place before settling for this awful location! My daughter suffered *three* floods and a mouse infestation. They handled all situations horribly. It ended up costing HER, and she lost a lot of personal belongings. They did not care.
First and foremost let me just Kai-Anne a.k.a. Pepper was extremely friendly inviting and beyond and above all completely professional on all levels. She went through all the different options with me from all the different layouts she showed me all of the amenities step-by-step she gave me an actual in person visual of were each per apartment actually was positioned on the complex grounds.
