The WORST Management and Maintenance ever seen in life. Not once will anything be actually fixed correctly or in timely fashion. You will never seen anything done but cosmetic work to cover up the filthy conditions of entire complex. Your charged a monthly gas bill when you don't have gas in your apt. Your paying the Ghetto Green's gas bill. I moved in on 8/8/24. It is now 8/25/24 and I’ll tell you about all I’ve experienced so far: Upon moving in, I noticed several things. First off they said the carpet was new. I see multiple stains that look like icing of different colors of yellow, red and blue at various spots. Second both drains in the shower and the bathroom sink were clogged as well as the toilet was stained on the inside, looking as it had not been cleaned, the microwave wasn’t even working and I’ve had to put in a maintenance request over seven times f... read more
Dianna the property manager is absolutely spectacular! She went above and beyond for me during my application process. Kylie in the office is also so kind. So happy to be moving somewhere with such a fantastic team in the leasing office. :)
On March 14, I had a maintenance emergency and Dino (the maintnance technician) came up quickly to help me with my clogged kitchen sink. He explained everything to me and was very helpful to get my sink unplugged! Thank you so much for having such great customer service and getting my issue taken care of so quickly!
Even though it says apartments it’s more like condominium, you get your on entrance very private beautiful cathedral ceilings with a granite tops kitchen and stainless steel appliances, The new property manager jack shore it’s very nice and he will make your move very smooth and easy and if you have any issue he’ll take care of it right away in a professional way, very nice Paul and landscaping is nice to feels ready Homie .
First I like to say I’ve been here 11-12 years and gets worst every year they go though many managers. My porch floods every time there is a steady rain and few times comes in door wall and carpet damp. I’ve informed them many times overs the years and told they will look into it and get estimate. I got an energy Bill for over $600. I contacted consumers energy who had someone out right away and let me know if wasn't an issue on their end. I then put a maintenance request in through footehills in late July. They came and inspected the AC unit and replaced a part that was using triple the energy it should have been. My bill was normal immediately after the repair. I asked the office for a credit, since the maintenance man said the part is rarely tested during the move in/out inspections.
