We have lived here just over two years now and have enjoyed our experience. In terms of safety, the worst thing that has ever happened in our two years here was some kids graffitied the wall in front of the dumpsters with a smiley face and baseball mitt. We have had a car parked outside in the lot with no issues. The landlord is friendly and has fixed everything we asked him to.
