The apartments here are really nice, and everybody that works and takes care of the apartments are super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend these apartments to anybody.
Elisia, was so on top of helping me apply. She returned all of my questions and emails within minuets. She was accommodating and understanding of me being an out of sate applicant. Honestly the best property manager I have been able to get in connate with in Traverse City!

Elisia and the maintenance guys ( I keep forgetting their names 🫣🤭Sorry guys! ) are awesome. If there are ever any issues, they are right on top of it. They have restored my faith in humanity quite a few times. Elisia is a very sweet young woman who cares about the people in her community. We appreciate everything they do to help us.
It’s our first apartment that has everything we ever could want. Neighbors are nice along with maintenance and leasing is fast. Plus there’s two bathrooms
