Called this morning to send some flowers to my daughter that lives and works in Richmond. She was going through a really rough time and I wanted to remind her how much we love her. I needed the flowers sent to her place of work before noon. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and took care of all my needs. The flowers were delivered before 10:30am and they looked beautiful.

I ordered flowers online to be delivered to Berea, KY for a funeral. I was contacted right after making my online order to say that they declined it since they don't deliver to Berea. I just checked my bank account and they charged the flowers to my account! When I called to retrieve a refund, they had no clue how to refund it, and couldn't provide me with the number to FTD to call for a refund. My boyfriend ordered flowers from village florist for valentines day---one dozen pink roses which are not cheap. The roses arrived wilted with brown spots on the petals. Tried contacting this florist several times throughout the weekend and early part of the week with no answer. When I did get in contact with them the staff were rude and unwilling to work with me and told me they could do nothing about the fact that the order was so poorly assembled. I phoned Village Florist to order something to send to a family member funeral service. I ask if they had any mums she said yes described them at big, pretty and full. I ask how much they were and she said $30. I told her I would take that thinking that was pretty expensive for a mum since I had just purchased some for myself locally 2 for $18 that were georgous and huge.
