I have bought carpet off of them years ago but I was shopping for hardwood this time around. Went to 5 different stores in the area and they gave me a better deal and customer service. I swear I don'tknow how any other store in the area makes money because we were just put aside by other places. Brenda and Tiffany are top notch. Don't waste your time going any where else.
