UPDATE: I made this post over a year ago and since then we have had another town hall with Scott Roberts. The summary as of now is that he listens to the issues and does nothing to fix them. Im still looking at dead plants/trees outside my house. I still don't have a working sprinkler system but after 5 months and 5 emails, they did fix the leaking, but still not working, irrigation nozzle in my yard. I emailed this place weeks ago about weekend rentals and possible tour and nobody even bothered to contact me.
I can’t remember the lady name in the front office yesterday around 3pm she was very friendly nice and helpful gave me all the info I needed and walked me around to see the property she’s great!
