Worst experience of my life with a doctor.... Dr. van Zant. After refusing twice to get the flu shot on my very first visit ever with this man, his nurse brought in the needle with gloves on and said "you can still say no because I haven't given it to you yet." I said no for the THIRD TIME. After that this doctor came back in and sat down and said "if 37 years worth of experience doesn't prove I know what I'm doing then read my wall." Dr Biel is great once you get to see her. Today I have been waiting for 2 hrs. She is alway running behind. They said the scheduler double booked because of a computer system change.
