Was seen as quickly as they could to replace a crown. Was informed ahead of time what the charges could be. Friendly and courteous people.
I missed seeing Chris but got excellent dental care! The new equipment that shows you the inside of your mouth up close was impressive.
In my 60+ years of dental care my opinion is that Ann is the most skilled Dental Hygienist I've ever experienced. Wendy, the Office Manager, is congenial and very efficient. While Dr. Metnes is professional in his work he also has a casualness about him that makes me feel comfortable. All in all, this is a great dental practice.
Village Family Dentist took over the practice of my long time dentist Chris Avery. I was a bit apprehensive because I had such a good experience with Chris. The new practice is great, Don is very competent, friendly and already new of my issue with dental anesthetics. A bonus is the front office embraces and uses technology well.

Always love the friendly and great service from Ann. Didn’t have much contact with new dentist, but was busy. He did introduce and check what Ann had done. Hard to compare with decades of time with dr Avery. But fully satisfied.
I was scared when I walked in but everyone was so understanding and my fears melted away during my appointment. They were all welcoming and friendly. Dr. Metnes was informative, gracious and kind. It was the easiest dental appointment I’ve ever had! I’m so glad my 2 friends recommended Village Family Dentist!
I have been going here for almost 14 years! Great staff, friendly, prompt and you never have to wait! I highly recommend!
The staff, from scheduling and then back around to checkout was AMAZING! I was BEYOND nervous for my visit but they made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I would tell everyone about the amazing experience and the welcoming atmosphere.
