They were very friendly and did a wonderful job
I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist, but somehow Dr. Thurston and his team make going to the dentist worry free. The office is clean and welcoming, the staff friendly, and the dental care is outstanding. Every effort is made to make the patient feel comfortable, and for this big baby, that is why I won't go anywhere else.

My first experiences at Ora (for an exam and deep cleaning) were excellent. I was put at ease and comfortable throughout my appointment, all the staff was very friendly and professional, and the facility was great.
I hadn't been to the dentist in some time and the staff as well as the doctors made me feel at home.
Excellent customer service! Friendly and personable staff. The office is very clean and comfortable, and smells really nice, too. I don't live in Wicker Park anymore, but will continue to go here.
