Amazing staff and service! Have been to two dentists since moving to Chicago and have finally found the right office/staff and in my neighborhood! They even sent a nice email after my first visit and asked about my son as he was sick during my appointment. This staff knows how critical good customer service is - cannot recommend enough.
Overall, very happy with my experiences at ORA! I'm so happy I switched dentists, because I think that my teeth are in better hands than my previous dentist. The staff and the dentist are all very friendly, inviting, and easy to talk to. I also really like the office itself--well maintained and smells really nice :DThe only thing I would like is for Saturday hours. But for now, I'm really happy with the service at ORA.
Super fast and easy visit. I went in with a cavity that was broken and I was easily squeeze in and made to feel welcome.

Very thorough with dental hygiene and advice. And their office has a lot of perks that make the visit more enjoyable, like television, massage chairs, and friendly staff.
People are friendly and staff does an excellent job. Also the space is fantastic and they seem to use the most advanced tools & treatments. However it's spendy and a number of the treatments aren't covered by insurance. Makes me wonder if they are truly necessary.
Love this place. No long waits, skillful and fun dental professionals.
